We aspire to a life lived with fewer but better products. This philosophy of less is more is the driving force behind everything we do. We carry this belief through design, prototyping, manufacturing and into our homes.

PERMANENT AS A DESIGN FEATURE

A wood heater by Hailed is crafted with premium Australian grade steel and tested and retested to ensure it not only meets industry standards, but more importantly, our own. Our designs are constructed to be mainstays in your home for generations and as part of this we place great importance on ignoring industry trends as they come and go, believing instead that good design and local manufacturing will outlast whats currently in fashion.

Metal workers, engineers, craftsmen and designers. It takes a village to bring our wood heaters to market and we want the product to be the star of the show. This means you won’t see flashy logos on our products and we don’t team up with big name designers. A Hailed wood heater should stand out in the home due to it’s design and construction - nothing more and nothing less.

MAKING WHAT MATTERS

Importing a container of wood heaters wasn’t on the to do list. Making our products in Melbourne was a way to fully oversee production while also supporting local manufacturing, for us it was a no brainer.

Being able to design and build our products in some of Australia’s most iconic areas is a privilege not lost on us. We feel its encumbent on us to ensure our products continue to push Australian design forward while also maintaining the heritage of being Australian made.
